Ingredients:
½ cup coconut, almond, rice or soy milk
¼ teaspoon vanilla
2 cups frozen fruit (fresh if your child cannot stand the cold of frozen)
1 cup orange juice (fortified with calcium)
2 TBS honey
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Makes about 3 cups
Note: If you are taking GFCF to the next level you may want to avoid soy and almond milk in this recipe.
